They quickly switched our room to a better one with twin beds, which was a nice touch. I loved relaxing by the cozy lounge area and the beautiful garden that added a charming vibe to our stay. The shower could use a little upgrade, but it didn't spoil our fun! 🌟

The cleanliness is absoluteley non existent, mildew in the bathroom is just charming. Can we talk about the noise? Earplugs aren't luxury, they are desperation. As if that wasn't enough, woudl ve been nice to recieve a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but apparently that's only for the 'special' guests here. Just couldn't give a good review.

Who knew? Not me!
Unexpectedly fantastic stay! The comfortable beds and warm rooms ensured restful nights despite the bustling Old Town location. Breakfast was a good spread until 11:00 AM-perfect for late risers. Important tip, chat with Di and Katrina at the front desk. Their friendly assistance was invaluable!

The hotel had a stunning and superior location a walking distance from an enormous cathedral. Moreover, the area was secure. The room was very twin, comfortable bed. The breakfast had plenty of options, including pastries, breads, fruit juices and cheese.

Everything was good, so were excellent views to Riga old town. The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from Arsenals Exhibition Hall. The hotel itself was in a great area.

The location was heaps good, just a stroll to all the sights. But the breakfast selection was a bit basic, and the room could do with a facelift.

Superb location right in the cobbled streets of the medieval Old Town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the wifi works reliably, there's a generous help-yourself buffet breakfast. The rooms are a bit spartan, but modern and clean.

prime central location, good variety of room styles, access to local culture
The noise from the street and nearby bars is unbearable!!! A thorough update of the room furnishings and bathroom facilities is desperately needed!!! Wi-Fi issues persist throughout the hotel!!! Slow service at check-out adds to the frustration!!!
